The free trial is for a period of 30 days.
Once the free trial ends, you have the option to buy a subscription. If you choose not to, then the account is deactivated. You have the choice to reactivate it anytime you login. However, dormant accounts cannot be reactivated after a period of one year.
Yes, we let you know several times prior to the renewal of your subscription. You can buy a new subscription anytime during your free trial period and up to 30 days prior to the renewal of your subscription.
Any user with Admin privileges can renew the account subscription.
When you buy a subscripton for the first time, auto-renewal is activated. When it is time to renew it, we send you notifications on the renewal. When your subscription expires, it gets automatically renewed. If the credit card has changed or expired and the subscription is not renewed, you will receive a noticifcaiton on failed renewal, after which you can renew your subscription manually.
